Photography Instructor
Peter Delaney

Peter Delaney left his finance career to embark on a dream journey across Africa in a Land Cruiser, where he discovered his passion for photography. From navigating the forests of Bwindi, scaling the peaks of Kilimanjaro, and meandering through the vibrant red dunes of the Kalahari, Delaney captured the essence of Africa. With dedication spanning 15 years, he has immersed himself in photographing the diverse landscapes of this extraordinary continent. Originally from Ireland, Delaney has spent the last 15 years exploring and photographing the African continent’s abundant wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. Delaney’s work has garnered recognition in numerous publications and won the prestigious BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year award three times.

“It may be a cliché, but it is true – photography has become my life. No matter where I am, my mind’s eye is making photographs. It has taught me to see the world in a different light, and for that, I am eternally grateful,” Delaney concludes.
